Established in 2020, my floral studio has grown organically, thanks to the wonderful support of local customers who have embraced my bespoke bouquets and arrangements. As a sustainable freelance florist, I bring a passion for eco-conscious floristry, professionally trained in the fundamentals of weddings and events by a prestigious London Flower Studio, renowned for their royal commissions, including the wedding of The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
My work has been described as “the Vivienne Westwood of flowers”—a blend of wild, romantic, and free-flowing arrangements that evoke the charm of an English cottage garden. Each creation is inspired by nature and architecture, reflecting a relaxed elegance that feels both organic and timeless. I prioritize sustainability in my process, working almost exclusively with local growers to source the finest blooms, and when sourcing internationally, I ensure they are from fair-trade farms. My designs are created without florist foam, opting instead for sustainable mechanics that are kinder to the planet.
At Classic Stems, I believe in keeping things simple and sustainable. I only order enough flowers to meet demand, ensuring no stock, no waste—just fresh, beautiful flowers that bring joy at an affordable price. Every arrangement is made using flowers hand-picked from local growers, early morning markets, and my own cutting garden, with the occasional touch of foraged greenery during walks with Rosie, my beloved dog.
